Two ONLINE Classes Available

Saturdays at 10:00 am, Wednesday at 7:30 pm

This is an all levels yoga class. Whether you are new to yoga or have an ongoing practice, this class will help you improve your physical strength and conditioning.

You will begin to develop an awareness of how your body and mind feel as you are guided through the practice, with a focus on proper alignment as well as learning to adapt each pose to your own body. The small class size creates an easy and safe space to explore and ask questions.
